Terms

These terms apply to the use of the Eyno apps and to the purchase of a subscription. They are offered by Bloomwise SAS (see the legal notice).

The apps

One subscription gives access to every Eyno app. When a new app comes out, it joins your subscription at no extra cost.

The Mac apps are downloaded from this site. The iPhone apps are available on the App Store, and buying them there also follows Apple’s terms.

The free trial

Each new account can try every app free for 7 days, with no limits. At the end of the trial, the apps ask for a subscription to continue. Your files stay on your device and belong to you.

Price and payment

The subscription costs €5.99 a month or €59.90 a year, all taxes included, depending on the plan you choose. It is paid in advance by card and renews automatically at the end of each period, every month or every year. Payment is handled by Stripe: we neither see nor keep your card details. You receive an invoice for each payment.

If the price changes, you are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price only applies from the next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period already paid, month or year, then stops renewing.

For the yearly plan, we write to you between one and three months before each renewal to remind you of the date and that you can cancel.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days after purchase to change your mind and get a refund, without giving a reason. If you ask to use the app right away, you agree that the service starts before this period ends; if you withdraw, only the part already used remains due.

Fair use

Eyno Voice’s voice recognition runs on your device, with no limit. Cleanup and meeting summaries go through Claude and cost us money: a generous monthly limit applies, shown in the offer. You are warned before you reach it.

You agree not to use the apps to record anyone without their consent, nor to get around these limits or attack our servers.

What Claude does

Cleaned-up texts and meeting summaries are produced by artificial intelligence. They may contain mistakes, so read them before sending. Eyno Voice always keeps the original text.

Your data

It belongs to you. What we do with it is described on the Privacy page. You can delete your account at any time from Eyno Voice, or by writing to support@eyno.app.

Liability

We do everything we can to keep the apps running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. Keep a copy of your important files. Our liability cannot exceed the amount paid over the last 12 months, except in case of gross negligence or where the law provides otherwise.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you disagree with something, write to us first at support@eyno.app and we will look for a solution.

We may change these terms. For an active subscription, the new terms are sent to you before they apply.
