Information
What the Eyno apps do with your data, and what they don’t.

This translation is provided for information. The French version is the one that applies.
Your files, dictations and passwords stay on your devices. We sell no data and show no ads.
What leaves your devices: your account (email address and subscription), the text (never the audio) that you give Eyno Voice to clean up, rewrite or summarize, and update checks.
Bloomwise SAS, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, is the controller of your data. For any question: support@eyno.app.
| App | What stays on your device | What leaves it |
|---|---|---|
| All apps | Your files and settings. | Your sign-in token, to check your trial or subscription. The app’s version number, to look for updates. |
| Eyno Show, Paper, Write, Draw, Focus, Convert | Everything: documents, drawings, videos, conversions, sessions. | Nothing more. |
| Eyno Vault | Your vault, encrypted with your main password. | If you turn on iCloud, the encrypted vault is copied to your own iCloud (Apple). Neither Apple nor we can read it. If you run the breach check, the first 5 characters of a hash of each password are sent to the Have I Been Pwned service, never the password itself. |
| Eyno Voice | The audio of your dictations and meetings, their transcripts, your history and your statistics. | The text of dictations in the Clean, Polished or custom style, along with the words in your dictionary. The selected text you ask it to rewrite. The text of meetings you ask to summarize or ask a question about. Your account and your dictionary, if you sign in. |
It happens entirely on your Mac or iPhone. The models are downloaded once, from Hugging Face and GitHub (the one that tells voices apart in a meeting). The audio is never sent.
When you choose a style other than Normal, when you ask for a rewrite or a summary, or when you ask your meetings a question, the text involved goes through our server (hosted by Cloudflare), which passes it to Claude, Anthropic’s model, and sends the result back to you. Our server does not keep this text. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, which rule out using your data to train its models. The words in your dictionary and, with a custom style, your instruction are passed on the same way.
For an account, we keep: your email address, its creation date, the status of your trial and subscription, the name of each signed-in device, the words in your Eyno Voice dictionary (so you find them on all your devices) and a monthly Eyno Voice usage counter (number of requests and their cost), kept for 13 months at most. The sign-in link is emailed to you through Resend.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe: we neither see nor keep them. Stripe sends us the status of your subscription and the details needed for the invoice (name, email address, country).
The apps regularly check whether a new version exists. This check sends your IP address and the app’s version number to our server.
Messages sent to support@eyno.app go through ImprovMX, which delivers them to our Gmail inbox (Google). We keep them while we handle your request.

You can access, correct, delete or retrieve your data, or object to its processing. The simplest way: the Delete my account button, in the Eyno account section of any Eyno app (settings or app menu), immediately erases your account and everything linked to it on our server. For anything else, write to us at support@eyno.app. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
